Finland Bachata Festival is organized by Bachata Ambassador Vesa Parkkari (vesa(at)nabeina.fi) and his production company Nabeina Oy. Vesa has visited Dominican Republic 14 times within 20 years. During these years the country, scenery, culture, music and dance have become familiar. He knows the cultural background of the Dominican dances and more importantly the cultural differences between Dominicans and Westeners.

Don Besos owns nearly all the existing Bachatas and several thousands of Latin CDs including Salsa music from Cuba, Columbia, Venezuela, Dominican, Puerto rico and USA. Don Besos known the right genre combination for the Bachata, Salsa&Bachata, Salsa, Latin and Candle Dinner Parties. Don Besos is one of the Djs in Valentine's Bachata Festival in Stockholm and he has been invited as an honoured Dj in the first Bachata Festival of San Francisco.

BACHATA AMBASSADOR - EL EMBAJADOR DE LA BACHATA

Dominican press gave the name El Embajador de la Bachata (Bachata Ambassador) to Vesa, because he did the great cultural act of heroism by bringing 13 people Bachata band from Dominican Republic to Tampere Finland. Being an ambassador, he has done diplomatic arrangements by organizing Bachata stars to the European Embassy parties in Santo Domingo and he has been the driving force in Dominican music association, TV stations and among Dominican artists in developing the international Bachata business.

YOSKAR SARANTE BACHATA CONCERT TOUR IN FINLAND 4.-5.11.2006

The biggest and most demanding project was the Yoskar Sarante Bachata Concert in Tampere Finland. It was the biggest Latin party ever done in Tampere. Restaurant Komeetta was filled up with the dancers on Saturday 2006 November 4 and Tampere Hall Big Auditorium on Sunday 2006 November 5 was the masterpiece in music, presentation, lighting and sound. Vesa organized the whole thing and carried 2 truckload full of lighting, sound and decoration. Yoskar Sarante, being that time one of the 5 most well-known Bachata star, did two great and memorable concerts.
